Had a great stay at Vayalen Boutique! The staff were super welcoming and the scrambled eggs for breakfast were awesome. The decor could use a bit more polish, but that was easy to overlook given the comfortable vibe and sweet location near metro stops.

Why it’s almost great (but not quite)
The staff was endearing and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The delicious tap water was a refreshing surprise as well.
it disrupted the stay significantly. The room service was infrequent, lacking the expected cleanliness.

A quick and honest take
Recently enjoyed a lovely stay with a super kind staff and a fantastic kosher breakfast featuring shakshuka and fresh pastries. The Superior Twin Room was comfy and newly renovated. The location was perfect—just minutes from public transport. A definite highlight was the warm atmosphere, making it feel like a home away from home!

The room had decent size and a comfortable vibe, which helped me forget about the lack of central lighting. It also included a fan for those sweltering nights, making it somewhat bearable.
The absence of air conditioning made for stifling days and warm nights, with only a fan that barely did the trick. Some of the drawers weren’t clean, likely due to installation mess, and the shower cubicle was an issue, lacking curtains and resulting in a slippery floor. The furniture and overall hotel feel showed their age, with weak Wi-Fi that frequently dropped signals, further complicating any remote work.

The decor had a unique charm, infused with a cool vibe that helped create a comfortable atmosphere for a brief stay. the location was particularly handy, just a short walk to metro stations and several attractions, which made getting around a breeze.
Unfortunately, the experience was marred by several issues. The first room we were shown had unfinished elements, including a wardrobe filled with sawdust and a bed mattress still encased in plastic. Plus, the air-conditioning was absent, making it stifling on warmer days, and the weak Wi-Fi was frustrating for any remote work. On top of that, the breakfast setup did not maintain its full offering until the end time, leading to disappointment for late risers. Lastly, the room cleanliness was hit-and-miss, with coffee cups and empty water bottles left unattended despite the towels being replaced.

Had a great stay at Vayalen Boutique! The room was surprisingly comfy and had this cool vibe. The decor could use some polish but honestly, I forgot about that with the comfortable atmosphere. The location is super handy, just a short walk to the metro. Totally worth it for the price!

This was a great match for a brief pit stop in Vienna, especially for the price. The delicious scrambled eggs at breakfast were definitely a highlight.
